- Our shipping options
For shipping within United States, there are several shipping methods:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days, $2-$8 based on item type and weight.
Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days, $5-$10 based on item type and weight.
One-Day Shipping: 1 business day, $9-$20 based on item type and weight.
For items that require special handling or are heavy, there may be a per pound charge. Free shipping is offered for purchases over $25.
- Do we ship internationally?
We are currently able to ship books, CDs, DVDs, VHS videos, music cassettes, vinyl records,
and select software to international addresses. Shipping rates can be obrained at the time of checkout.
Items from Amazon Marketplace can be shipped to several international regions, but cannot be shipped to
Africa, Island Nations, Israel, Latin America, or the Middle East.
- Why don't we show all prices?
Sometimes Amazon.com offers special rebates that are calculated only when item is added to the shopping cart.
In order to see that, you'd have to add item to the shopping cart. You can remove item at any time.
Sometimes product you select is offered on Amazon.com through a 3rd party, or another retailer. In this case oftentimes
Amazon.com cannot calculate exact price. Prices are available at the time of checkout.
- How can I track my order?
Your order is processed and shipped by Amazon.com through our partnership with them. You can view, change and track
your order by going to Amazon.com My Account page.
- What is your return policy?
You may return most items sold through our store within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please be aware that all refunds are handled by our partner Amazon.com. Contact theirwebsiteor customer support if
you have questions specific to a certain merchandise.
- Is my information secure?
We do not collect any personal information from our store visitors. When you make a purchase, you will be redirected to Amazon.com for
payment and checkout process. Amazon is the largest store on the internet, so they take a lot of measures to protect you and your
personal information. The overwhelming majority of their online transactions are completed without incident. However, make
sure you take normal steps to protect yourself, such as:
pay with a credit card, never use your debit card online
keep your password private
never ever answer emails that ask you to disclose your RusUSA.com or Amazon.com passwords, credit card or banking account number.
